An eco-conscious guest home in Naramata Wine Country

We invite you to enjoy the delights and comforts of our air conditioned home overlooking Okanagan Lake and Naramata Wine Country as our only guests. You will be surrounded by the natural Pine and Fir forest and its creatures in a quiet rural one acre setting 10 minutes to Penticton city centre and 15 to Naramata village. The lake view is stunning and accessible from all rooms. Sunsets, stars, storms and fair weather are all part of the view.

Award winning wineries, valley and mountain activities are minutes away. Enjoy the luxury of our spacious Forest Suite with 1 or 2 comfortable bedrooms, outdoor decks and guest lounge with kitchenette after a long day of activity. We are an eco-conscious property with geo-thermal heating/cooling, water conservation practices, enviro friendly cleaning and bathroom products and have the designation of a Certified Backyard Habitat by The Canadian Wildlife Federation.

The guest lounge has a large lake view deck, satellite TV, movies, electric fireplace, fridge, beverage centre, microwave, games and original artwork. An outside electric grill is available for your summer at-home meals. Complimentary internet access & WiFi is available. Enjoy Yoga in the dedicated exercise room or join your hosts in Nordic Pole Walking on the Trans Canada Trail (KVR). You have your own private outside entrance to the guest level.

Our generous gourmet full breakfast is served with a lake view in our main floor dining room. Fresh ground coffee or tea, home baking and preserves, yogurt, local seasonal fruit and a hot entree are featured daily. Vegetarian and gluten free breakfasts can be created for you with prior notice.  OR choose our Self catered option where we provide continental breakfast staples for you to prepare yourselves and you save a little bit of cash with ultimate accommodation flexibility.

The squeaky clean bath sports a long soaker tub/shower combo and a private view of the lake. You have the bath to yourselves and only share it with friends when you are travelling as a group and using both bedrooms.

We are perfect for sharing with your friends and family or as a personal retreat at any time of the year.

Sleeps 1 - 4 persons travelling together. Maximum 2 persons in either bedroom.

Breakfast

B&B: Breakfast is a 3 course gourmet affair served in our main floor breakfast room. Special diets can be usually accommodated with advance notice (gluten free/vegetarian). A breakfast fruit starter, hot entree and baked goods served with coffee, tea, OJ... The breakfast choice is at the whim of your hostess and is different each day you stay with us.

Self-cater: we provide continental breakfast staples that will help you get started for the first and perhaps the second morning. You prepare your breakfast in our suite at your own time for ultimate flexibility.

Cancel more than 2 weeks in advance of your reservation and no charges are incurred.

Cancel with less than 2 weeks but more than 48 hours and one night's room rate is charged to your credit card. Cancel with less than 48 hours and we will charge the entire stay's tarriff to your CC.

If we can rebook all your reserved nights, you will not incur any costs.

Restrictions:

B&B: Minimum 2 night stay.     Self cater: minimum 3 night stay.
